Five Senses Unit: Manatee Paper Plate Craft

The manatee has one of the most amazing senses of touch in the world—their whole face is as sensitive as your fingertip! This simple manatee paper plate craft is a simple way to keep your child engaged as they learn more about this amazing animal in our Five Senses Unit.

Start by printing the manatee template, then let your child color it gray. Cut out the face, fins, and tail.

Next, cut a paper plate in half and let your child paint or color the plate gray.

Glue the face, fins, and tail in place (reference our photo for correct placement, if needed) to complete your manatee!
