Print out our printable dragon shield template. Cut out the shield and use it to trace a shield shape out of cardboard. Cut a rectangle out of the remaining cardboard, about 3×8 inches.

Paint the shield black.

Next, use your craft knife to cut out the dragon shape from the shield template.

Once the black paint is dry, use the template to spray paint a gold dragon on the front of the shield.

Once the gold paint is completely dry, use the hot glue gun to glue the rectangle onto the back of the shield for a handle.

Wait for the glue to dry completely, and then get ready to defend your castle!
